This is not going to be over quickly. And there is a lot of jobs and revenue for Canada that go down the drain. Is that a good thing for Trudeau. I doubt. I suggest he takes the phone and calls up his two partners in the south (trump and AMLO) and invites them for a little chat on a Border Adjustment Tax not only for oil but for all imports from countries that use unfair advantages to hawk their produce. As this will last for quite a while, they need a long solution or in a few years, they have an oil & gas industry in ruins and it’s back to importing everything at extreme prices. Why should Greens like that? Well, when O&G takes a hit, cola comes back with a vengeance as people need energy that’s reliable. So – what’s it going to be?
