Stalled gas pipelines could push power grids back to oil and coal
That’s what the fanatics never contemplate. People still need to live. Take away their options and they are going to do whatever works for them. Nobody wants to go for the more expensive, dirtier option but if this is all you have? People with the back to the wall will not react like those whose major concern is if they will get the newest iPhone in time. But LNG does not need a pipeline. Might this green zealotry spur new business concepts in LNG? There is a silver lining in every cloud.
