One thing I like about the US is its federal structure. Parts of the country can find solutions to problems, try them out, improve on them if necessary and if it works the others can copy it. If it fails, not all the country is messed up. Parts of America are on an impossible drive to virtue signal to the end. Some resist and keep the flame burning. Better than European countries where everything goes down the drain at once.
