Groundbreaking for 50 LNG stations in India, 1,000 sites expected by 2023

I have been in Dheli talking about such a thing in 2010. I may have been premature. Whatever, I am very happy that this gets going now. It makes a ton of sense especially in the light of cleaning up India’s appalling air.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
