890MM North Sea Barrels Could be Sanctioned in 2023
The North Sea still holds a lot of oil and gas if we ever pursued that seriously. We must also look seriously at shale and tight and coal bed methane to pimp up our domestic European production and we also must have a longer-term plan. part of that must be copious use of nuclear. We have a choice – we can use what we really have or permanently fall behind. It will be hard to keep up with North America anyhow – energy mayhem will just entrench this situation.
