A bad recipe for science

Just imagine you made a ground-breaking new discovery and you can demonstrate it beyond doubt. At the moment when you make the discovery, you are the only person on Earth who knows what you know. The consensus around your newly established fact is almost zero. But you don’t need that as you can prove what you say to be true so you don’t care if there are naysayers. They can babble on as the facts are yours. So, when you need consensus, we may confidently assume that there is less than proof for whatever is being served. That’s what we get with Climate Change. Group consensus instead of facts – just like with religions.
