A Better Way to Cut the Orphan Well Backlog?
Non-profits? Really? Because those often only mascerade as non-profits and silently turn into for-profit operations. For their managers at least. But in many real for-profit operations its the same way already. Management rules – better would be a thriving entrepreneurial sector that deals with issues such as this. Make developers pay a bond for each well and make sure the money does not get spent or played with by politicians. Like an insurance company.
