That is actually pretty desperate. They need blunt force to make all others do what they want them to do. Where is persuasion? Where is making a case? Where is facts and figures? I gt it – climate alarmists have come to understand that the coming cooling is making them look like the fools they are so they need something with a bit more oomph. I dearly hope Trump wins straight on Tuesday but if he does not, Biden is in no position to force anyone to do anything. Because leaders from other countries like Morrison fear one thing more than anything a President Biden could do. Being dumped by their own voters and they can’t take this crap anymore. #Guardian #ClimatePolicy

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
