Conventional energy in Texas has issues. Those need to be dealt with and admitted openly. I often pointed at the lack of gas storage that makes upstream issues ripple onto the market. Thats stupid and needs to be dealt with and gas has no excuses for that. They deserve the egg on the face. I don’t see that same level of navel-gazing from RE. Instead, there is a wild frenzy of finger-pointing just to avoid being looked under the hood.
