A comparison of the efficacy of green house gas forcing and solar forcing

Let’s make this simple for those lacking the patience for reading through such papers. In my hometown Vienna, there are temperature swings of more than 20 degrees Celsius between night and day. CO2 and anything else remains the same but the Sun is not shining anymore and the temperature drops by two digits amounts. It’s even more extreme between Summer and winter when the temperature changes by more than 50 degrees in places. Just because the Sun has less force. And GHG pundits talk about tenths of degrees for CO2 – potentially. Now, knowing that, go back to the title of this paper and try to answer the question yourself.
