Algeria’s upstream rebirth is interrupted
Some economies that have gotten used to loads of cash from oil and gas in the past will have to change. And this will be a painful change as this will require doing things they are not used to like trusting their own entrepreneurial class with driving the fates of the country. Governments that don’t need their own people to stay financed don’t care about them very much. So, they won’t see it this way but this might b a big chance some of those countries have. Let’s see how they do.
