Anger at UK’s ‘bonkers’ plan to reach net zero by importing fuel from North Korea

Has anyone ever calculated how much fuel is being expended to cut down the timber in North Korea and transport it all the way to the UK? I am not even starting to talk about the extreme moral rot that must have allowed such a deal to emerge. If they burned the fuel they use for processing and transport straight to make electricity they might come not far from the theoretical goal they are trying to reach. North Korea will cut down anything they have just to get their hands on some cash. We know that. Where does the depravity of the Green cult even stop? Is there a bottom?
