They will fudge this one as they have done in the past but it’s going to cost them dearly and pretty much vaporizes any leeway they thought they may have for anything in the future. If you are in Germany and you have not secured funding for your green project yet, you are in a bad place and it does not look like the future holds lots of good stuff ready for you. Looks like the country’s highest court already reads the signs on the wall from the elections that happen in countries around. Change is coming. And they won’t like it a lot.
