Argentina to stick with single LNG import terminal this winter, Excelerate exec says

What’s a paradox if this is not one? A country that should not only be a gas exporter but that should dominate the entire gas world of Latin America imports LNG. Vaca Muerte seems to be one of those “we are almost there” prospects. What’s wrong with it? They should produce enough gas to gasify Argentina and keep southern Brazil and Uruguay warm and comfy. For a price, of course. Milei, are you listening? Plenty of cheap Natural Gas could underpin the industrial revival of Argentina. Ask the folks at Vaca Muerte what’s holding them back and deal with it.
