Argentinian shale suffers further setbacks

The true problem plaguing Argentinian shale is not the oil price situation or COVID-19. Those are temporary setbacks and they will be overcome as US shale will show us rather soon. Argentinian shale suffers from Argentinian politics and its property system. Landowners there don’t have a right to the subsoil resources. In the US, they have. And on leftist populist after the other blows up the country. No good conditions for entrepreneurs.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
