Aussie Net Zero Insanity: Shell Suspends East Coast Gas Supply Agreement

We really need a major economy to go the full way and implement real zero instead of the lame net zero. We need a country that goes down the drain for all of us to watch what happens. Sadly, we can’t pause the rest of the world while it does so which means that the damage will be staggering everywhere. That being said, I would almost prefer my own country Austria to be this horrible example for everyone else to watch. Sure, we would have some really bad years but once through them, people will go back to sanity with a vengeance so bring it on.

Gas companies appear to be hinting they might halt exploration and drilling in Australia, unless the government backs off from imposing price controls.
