BBC again yawn: How the oil industry made us doubt climate change
It is actually quite amazing how easy it is to disprove all those liars and they still run around unmolested. Actually, there are feted as the stars of the global elites and revered by the masses. But one thing really startles me: considering how easy it is to disprove their spin and also considering how big the damage is those lies produce, why are there no renegade lawyers thinking through legal action to extract damages from those well-funded organizations. Michael Mann’s experiences with the court system were not the heartwarming successes he seems to crave so dearly. Courts must weight actual evidence and not feelings – I know that does not always hold water. How is it – some creative minds want to think of how to squeeze the big green?
