BBC Still Don’t Understand Paris Agreement
It’s a human reaction. We all are susceptible to it. Decades ago I worked with a guy who lived a double life. His family was ultra-conservative and he did not share their tastes but he also did not want to rile the off against him. So he created an alternate life for them to be happy. None of this was true but it helped preserve family peace. The hardest thing for him was to preserve his sanity as at times he could not remember what was real and what was his invention. We start to believe our own crap when we make up too much of it. And after some time believing our own lies, coming clean feels almost impossible as the stakes are sky-high. In our minds at least. #ParisAgreement #BBC
