Biden Admin Rolls Out Slew Of Regs Targeting Americans’ Appliances On Last Friday Of The Year

We have the same terror here in Austria. Lots of old people consider tearing out their paid-off oil heating for a heat exchanger using the copious subsidies the government offers. They have not calculated this wisely though. Pretty much anyone I know who has gone down this road has already regretted it. Austria is not a very warm country so heat exchange is an iffy proposition. But way more important is that there are already rumors this stringent regulation that is supposed to outlaw non-green options will be delayed. I would assume they will drop it altogether once the results of the next general election this year are in.

The Department of Energy (DOE) finalized or proposed a bevy of regulatory actions cracking down on numerous appliances on Friday.
