After all the subsidies and grants have been paid out, after all the small investors have lost their shirts, after Wall Street made its cut and I assume a couple of very thick envelopes have been passed under some tables, after all the scammers have had their fill this is a very elegant and nice way to dispose of the corporate corpse. Many people still think that bankruptcy is a failure but it is not so for everyone. Those organizing this Ponzi scheme are well and kicking it in the Caribbean. And their political backers enjoy expensive ice cream and vintage cars.
