Biden Official: G7 Climate Talks “to show that democracy can deliver”

Australia is proof that democracy can deliver for the people and against the elites. Not in a perfect way for sure but there are signs that the pendulum has started to swing back in Australia. Some politicians there have come to understand that if they continue to dump on them, they won’t have a long and happy political career. The same will happen in other democracies. It just takes time.

Democracy on trial? As Aussie Prime Minister Scott Morrison arrives at the G7 with a voter mandate to export coal as fast as it can be extracted, an unnamed Biden official appears to be framing…
