Come on man. We won’t start accusing Biden of being consistent – will we? He is a flip-flopper in a party of opportunists. He has an overcooked spaghetti where others have a spine. The only thing that makes him move and his eyes glow is the sound of money. In Biden’s case he might genuinely have forgotten what he said years, months, weeks, or even days ago so lets cut the man some slack.
