Judicial activism has two sides – those activists seem to forget that. If you cannot cut it in front of the judges, you start to build up a ton of case law against you. The long-term effects are pretty damning for them. They also seem to forget that proof requires more than cute stories. There needs to be real evidence and it needs to be conclusive. Something they have not been able to do ever since. It won’t fall from the sky just because they hold their breath.
