Britain considers government intervention as gas crisis roils energy firms

There is a crisis and the government considers jumping in to take the reins – what could possibly go wrong? The energy market has been annihilated by too much government intervention. When you tilt the playing field so much for the most unstable and unreliable form of energy man can find then you should not wonder why those providing reliable energy leave the playing field. More government intervention will only lead to more graft and deepen the crisis. Bt it’s a great way to project a strongman image – while wrecking livelihoods.
