California plans a 100% zero-emission public transport by 2040
Maybe we should brace for things like the yellow vest movement in Paris occurring in California some time in the near future. This “not really clean air” BS costs a crapload of money. Californians will have to fork out some more of their hard-earned cash in order to make some politicians’ day. One day, someone is going to snap and then Hollywood will have some action outside their studios. The world has seen how its done now.
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved the Innovative Clean Transit regulation, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the U.S. that sets a statewide goal for public transit agencies to gradually transition to 100% zero-emission bus fleets by 2040.
