Can AI Predict the Oil Price?

My father was a casino gambler for some time in his youth. He did the smart thing and analyzed the game. He applied everything he knew he could to find out when what number falls and to play accordingly. He was moderately successful but after a while doing this almost professionally he concluded that it’s impossible to know the numbers. The oil market is no more than a casino game. It does not respond to market signals anymore except in the most crude manner. We are going towards economic depression – a downtrend. But production goes down – an uptrend.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can do many things, but can it predict the oil price?
