Can the North Sea Survive the Oil Price Crash?
That’s the true target of Russia and Saudi Arabia. They know that they cant kill shale. Shale is like tardigrades – those buggers survive almost anything. But expensive North Sea oil, Canadian Oil Sands, Deep Sea oil and sour oil – those will suffer and some of it will go away. That’s the hope at least. They just did not count on COVID-19 putting Viagra into their plan.
