Here is an immediate advantage of Brexit – the Brits will have to pay for this disaster in waiting for themselves. They don’t get to lay it on the rest of us. After Brexit, I thought that Britain had a fair chance of improving its lot. But it seems it is as hell-bent as the EU is to destroy whatever is left from our economic fundamentals. Maybe that’s one of the lessons we ought to draw – we are all our own worst enemies. The EU only provides one more layer of madness but we are just as capable to do this to us as a nation.
