China bans electric vehicles from underground carparks

Years ago I saw the first sign in Vienna that a private underground car park unilaterally banned all Electric Vehicles from using its premises. That was the beginning. A little before that, I made a move when I suggested banning all EVs from underpasses, tunnels, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, and retirement home premises. Or even near them. I also suggested equipping EVs with orange flashing lights on top so that people could see them from afar and keep their distance. This motion went nowhere. But it’s getting attention now.
