China places first-time tariff on U.S. crude

China puts a tariff on US oil. This means they get it from somewhere else and this alternative source won’t be able to send it to wherever they wanted to send it to in the first place. Oil is a commodity – create an obstacle and it flows around.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
