China Still Building Coal Power Plants

China has been the consumer of more than half of the planetary coal for many years. Yes thats right, they burn more coal than all other countries that are not China taken together. It’s monstrous when one thinks about it. But what way more monstrous is that in Alarmist circles China is still being touted as the one last hope to save the climate. Assuming that we had a climate crisis, to begin with, China is the biggest problem on the block and most certainly no solution. It’s a good thing that the climate crisis is bogus. But the China story reeks of high heaven and always has.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
