Now, COVID has thrown a wrench into National budgets and the real impact of this will become apparent when the true extent of less tax take is known. China starts to understand that maintaining the green hyperbole might not fit its industrial ambitions anymore under the changed circumstances so they can drop the pretenses and openly pursue what works instead of whats a permanent drain on an economy.
