China’s 2019 coal imports set to rise more than 10%: analysts
There was an article on Trumps leaving the Paris agreement todays “Der Standard” newspaper. I observed that its a worthless piece of paper so there is no damage to kick it into the trash. I also observed that China never intended to live up to it anyhow and their commitments are laughable anyhow. I was immediately attacked by some know-it-alls saying that the US is a horrible monster that destroys the planet and that China is a leader in renewables. Those people don’t read coal statistics and import figures it seems. When I posted the official figures, they all went quiet. This is what most people think and we must prick those bibbles open.
