China’s long-shot shale gas game
Yes, China has it much harder to get to them shale gas reserves. But it’s still a juicy deal. Imagine, you spend the money in your country and finance your own jobs plus support your industries instead of exporting the money into other countries that don’t appreciate your business sometimes. The US has acquired an incredible strategic advantage with their own shale gas. Yes, many go bust but the money was spent to support US jobs and business. China wants that too. I don’t blame them.
