Collapse of wind power threatens Germany’s green energy Transition
Germans find out that wind power is – NOT GREEN. Oh dear. Now they must look for another way of how to live on their lives in luxury while they have no impact at all on the environment. Raze another forest for the sake of the good feelings, shred some more wildlife, plaster more beryllium into the landscape. Just imagine they would switch off the remaining nukes, coal and gas. The country would go dark. A new dark age in Europe?
Hardly any new wind turbines were built in Germany in the first half of the year. Turbine makers call it a “punch in the gut of the green energy transition” and blame environmentalists.
