Condor to Supply LNG to Replace Diesel in Kazakhstan’s Train System

Central Asia has a lot of Natural Gas that is hard to bring to market as most of the time transit countries will play the blackmailer and skim all profits. But Central Asia could use the gas to gasify its economies, especially the transport sector, and make itself more independent from outside influence. Also, this would help them to massively bring down true emissions such as fine Particulates or Nitric Oxide. Lastly, it would be much more profitable to use cheap Natural Gas for the economy and export more of the much easier to transport of crude oil.

Condor, set to build the first LNG production plant in Kazakhstan, has signed an agreement to supply LNG to replace diesel as fuel for the national railway.
