Let’s be straight about this. The only real consequence of banning LNG as a marine fuel is to perpetuate the dirtiest, filthiest crap that exists in the fuels industry as a fuel for ships. Thats marine-grade heavy fuel oil. And those ships are big real polluters. No so-called green fuel is ready for prime time in marine – the few show projects speak a clear language. But wait – LNG is clean and even green. Because bio-LNG is carbon neutral if that really matters to you. We are living in a madhouse world.
