Could Prove Disastrous … But Might Be Required
On March 8th, 2014 an entire airliner of Malaysia Airlines disappeared with all its passengers. It was determined from all that was known that it must have gone down somewhere in the Indian Ocean. Thats the smallest of the 3 oceans on Earth. And even with a reduced search perimeter, the airliner was never found. We fail to grasp how incredibly vast our planet is. Uninhabited surface dwarfs the pieces that are inhabited by orders of magnitude. With current technologies, geoengineering is foolish. But pretending to try makes a nice income for the protagonists.
