Court Blocks Biden-Harris Methane Emissions Rule In Five States

Ahh, the wonders of federalism. As an Austrian I don’t have a voice in the upcoming election in the US but one naturally roots for one candidate or the other. That said, I am not sure who I hope for. On the one hand I long for peace in the Middle East and Trump has a much better track record than most past POTUS I can remember. Plus the current administration’s record is abysmal. On the other hand, Biden Harris and later Harris Waltz seem to reinvigorate state rights as their extremism forces many states to do what needs to be done without hoping or waiting for DC. You can’t fight evil with good.

A federal judge temporarily halted Thursday the enforcement of a Biden administration rule designed to reduce methane emissions and minimize natural gas waste.
