It’s not a stretch of the imagination to assume that someone who sees in shale the biggest threat for his absolutely dominant money-spinner would support those who go up against shale. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. What needs to be established is transparency. If those groups had support from those selling us their wares, we need to know it and it needs to be shown openly so people can make a decision how much weight they attribute to the words of paid activists – which I would call lobbyists by the way.
