Does OPEC+ Plan a June Surprise?
Most OPEC+ members have been so horribly beaten up by the events of the last 18 months that I don’t expect them to be in a mood for a fight. Nobody expected the extreme collapse after Saudi and Russia decided to crash the market and I guess they still have that in the bones. Expect lots of words and a lot of fear that the bad times would come back. They cant afford it. None of them. Not really.
