It is going to be the most extreme proponents of extremist policies that will eventually be the most ardent supporters of the backtracking. Many years ago I predicted that Germany would build new nuclear power plants and that any notion of ending the internal combustion engine would be blown away. Those things can already be noticed – things change in Germany. Australia has always been one of the stalwarts of climate extremism and of stifling media freedoms. It will turn back into an example of freedom. I know what I am talking about. I live in Austria, the only developed country that voted in a vaccination mandate. It failed. Try this again and learn.
