Dutch project for producing bio-LNG gets funds from EU
Well, the EU has an endless supply of money for all kinds of projects. In a sense, I should like it because it helps to develop the general LNG market. Because contrary to bio-diesel which is a very different fuel from its Earth extracted counterpart, bio-LNG is chemically indistinguishable from its more common counterpart. So, once this bio_LNG thing runs and later it is found out that the economics just won’t work, they can flip over to what works without modification. Try that with wind or solar.
