Electric actuation in the Permian basin

As the great Richard Feynman used to say – there is plenty of space at the bottom. We are nowhere near the end of innovation in the oil patch and this innovation not only makes North America energy independent, it also gives the rest of the planet a run for its money. Shale was so exotic and seemingly expensive just about 20 years ago that it was not even mentioned as a serious source of oil and gas. Now, it drives the industry and confounds its critics. The journey is not over by any stretch of the imagination. It won’t be over when my children retire.
