Energy rationing is on the horizon, warns GWPF
I know what energy rationing means. I spent quite some time in Subsaharan Africa and had many brushes with brownouts, blackouts and I also know what load-shedding means and feels like. People in Africa are quite used to this. They don’t enjoy this mind you, but they know it’s a fact of life. But spoilt and pampered Europeans have no memory of any of this. Well, my father’s generation does. He remembers the bombs from WW2. But those old-timers are not the ones that will be inconvenienced. That will be the folks that spend their Fridays demonstrating instead of doing something worthwhile.
