EU Adopts Law to Mitigate Methane Emissions from Energy Sector

Really? Has anyone looked at the results of the European election? Green parties were not among the winners and even mainstream parties that had gone down the climate path in the past had often reversed course just before the election. This thing has peaked. There will be new insanity from the European institutions but knowing a politician’s ability to throw everything they have espoused overboard in a second if election results are concerned, this will bomb and much of the green legislation that had been enacted in the past will make the chopping block as well. I don’t expect everyone to get smart instantly but it’s germinating.
