European Newspaper Says Citizens Better Get Used To Not Having Electricity All The Time

I have traveled a lot in my life. I have seen parts of the world that never had stable electricity and whenever I went to such a country, I knew what to expect. I accepted it. Did I like frequent blackouts? No way, they made me miserable but again, you know what you are dealing with. Besides, even when I was away for months, I always knew that when I returned to Europe this all was over and I could count on stable electricity and functioning public services again. I am an old GenX’er so this was the world as I experienced it since birth. That’s changing now. Home becomes more like the countries I traveled to. I don’t expect people at home to be happy about it.
