Europe’s carmakers not giving up on hydrogen e-fuels

I have strong doubts that carmakers believe in the zero-emission future. They go for hydrogen because they need another subsidy-fueled spree they can use to pimp their horrible financials. Because the E-Vehicle flop has battered many of them and I fully expect some corporate corpses if they are not saved by governments. Which just means more taxpayer money for mad policies. We cannot catch a break in Europe it seems. Opposition parties opposed to climate madness are winning right now but will they have a stomach for ending national champions?
