Fifteen Days To Slow The Spread

Every organized society quickly develops a caste of those who administer and rule. Initially, the need to run things is painfully obvious to anyone. But bloat sets in almost immediately. What has been a limited operation of managing limited resources becomes a crazy run to spend free money. The only way to keep this in check is by devolving anything possible down to the lowest level. If the county can do it, the state should not touch it. If the state can do it, the Federal government should stay out. the US Constitution is fundamentally designed this way but it has been perverted. Anything social should be the sole competence of counties and smaller. People need to be close to how the money is spent. The bigger a program becomes, the more bloat it invites.
