Fossil fuels account for the largest share of U.S. energy production and consumption
Imagine, all those trillions thrown at the energy system and if you even though of pulling fossil energy out of the system, it would instantly shrivel and collapse. For the money we spent, we should have something substantial – but we dont. Imagine all those money being thrown at optimizing combustion of fuels and replacing heavier files with lighter ones like methane. The world would be a radically better place – instead we have gotten this planet destroying mess called RE.
